Mr. Fortier is the founder of Alliance Legal Services, LLC. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, having majored in both Economics and Political Science. Mr. Fortier was on both the Dean’s List and the Honor Roll during his term at the U of A and is a lifetime member of the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. After graduation, he attended Kaplan College in Denver, Colorado, and graduated with a paralegal certificate which is approved by the American Bar Association. All of the classes Mr. Fortier attended at Kaplan College were taught by licensed attorneys who lectured in the areas of law in which they practiced. During this course of study, Mr. Fortier also interned with the Law Firm of Dean & Heimos, LLC, of Denver, Colorado, which practices in the areas of international business, asset protection, taxes and estate planning. After relocating to Tucson from Denver, Mr. Fortier worked as a paralegal until entering the business brokerage industry. In his capacity as a business broker, Mr. Fortier assisted clients in negotiations relating to the purchase and sale of businesses. Some of his responsibilities as a business broker included conducting market research, quantitative industry evaluations, business appraisals and drafting of contracts. Mr. Fortier’s responsibilities at Alliance Legal Services, LLC, include conducting the operations of the business and drafting legal documents in the areas of estate planning, probate, business entity formations, real estate and contracts. Mr. Fortier is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, having served seven years in the U.S. Air Force and two years in the U.S. Army.
Richard B. Tucker, Jr.

Mr. Tucker is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey (B.A., with Distinction, Dean’s List) and The University of Kentucky College of Law in Lexington, Kentucky (Juris Doctor). After graduation from law school in 1974, Mr. Tucker actively practiced law in the private sector until 2005 when he relocated to the Tucson area. While practicing law, Mr. Tucker devoted most of his practice to general civil litigation with an emphasis on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, and commercial matters such as suits on contracts, notes, leases and other legal documents. He also had extensive experience in drafting deeds, notes, mortgages, leases, contracts, wills, trusts and other legal documents. He maintains membership in the Florida and New Jersey bar associations. Mr. Tucker is a veteran, serving in the United States Air Force between 1968 and 1972.
